Doctor Luther Vance, Jr., M.D.
Our medical doctor, Dr. Luther Vance, Jr., M.D. earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Florida A & M University. He attended Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN where he received his Medical degree in 1975 and went on to become board certified in family practice.
Dr. Vance has over 30 years of experience and is currently a member of the AMA, Southern Medical Association, American Medical Directors Association, GA Medical Association, American Board of Family Practitioners, and the American Correctional Health Services Association. Dr. Vance brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clinic and is dedicated to helping our patients regain their quality of life.
Dr. Sonny Dosanjh, M.D.
Dr. Sonny Dosanjh is a native of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and has been in the Atlanta area since his Physiatry training at Emory University. He graduated from the University of British Columbia where he was inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society. He completed medical school in England, where he also secured a job as the quarterback of Professional football teams. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the International Spine Interventional Society. Dr. Dosanjh’s clinical interests include Interventional Pain Medicine and Sports Medicine. He is committed to a life in medicine and would like to use his talents to bring physical and emotional healing to his patients.
Doctor Timothy Dembowski, D.C.
My passion and commitment to excellence is what I pride myself on. Since I opened my first practice in January of 2000 I have been committed to staying a step ahead of the curve by constantly learning new things and taking innovative approaches to healthcare.

Dr. Dembowski grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Toledo University where he obtained his undergraduate degree. In 1994 he moved to Atlanta to attend Life University in which he obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic graduating cum laude. Practicing for over 12 years now, Dr. Tim’s hobbies include snow boarding, camping and football.
Doctor Nathan Browne, D.C.
Improving the quality of life for my patients is always priority #1. There is nothing more gratifying for me than to help my patients set, meet and achieve their goals. I strive hard everyday to promote healthy living by educating our
patient base on the important things in life. I believe that it is crucial to create a balanced lifestyle and do everything possible to help avoid excess. My true passion is working with people as I pride myself on a high level of communication. Most importantly, when it comes to your health I want to give you what you need and nothing more.
Dr. Browne was born in South Florida but spent most of his childhood in the suburbs of Chicago. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life
University in Marietta, Georgia. He resides in the Atlanta suburbs with his wife. In his free time Dr. Browne likes to travel, workout, cook and play tennis.
Dr. Arielle Ball, D.P.T
Dr. Arielle Ball was born in Manhassett, NY but was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. She attended the Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology in 2007. Dr. Ball then attended the University of South Florida and obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has interests in geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology and complex medical conditions.
Windy Brannon P.T., MS
Windy Brannon is a physical therapist that specializes in neurodiagnostic testing. Windy graduated from North Georgia College and State University Physical Therapy Program in 2000. Windy has owned and operated Atlanta Neurodiagnostic Inc, since 2003. Windy performs nerve tests, circulation studies and physical therapy evaluations to help identify the source of patients’ pain and the extent of functional loss.
